Regular registration for U10-U19 closes September 15.
U10 Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 placement will be determined by the player’s age / birth year and their evaluation results.
LRA supports our FT goalies in age groups U14-U19 by offering a reduction in their registration rate. U 12 goalies that commit to 50% play may be eligible for a rebate on registration. This will be determined during evaluation / conditioning camps in September and a credit will be applied to fees.
VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT:
In order to sustain our success, the LRA depends on the parent/guardian of a player or player if over the age of 18, to volunteer for Association-related volunteer activities each season. The LRA Board of Directors will identify and communicate these Association-related volunteer activities to the membership throughout the season.
The volunteer requirements for the 2023/24 season are as follows:
Volunteer Cheques. One undated volunteer cheque in the amount of $250 will be required for each player, to a maximum of $500 / family. This cheque will be collected by Team Managers within 2 weeks of team formation. All cheques will be submitted to the Director of Fundraising the same week. If a player’s cheque has not been received, that player will not be allowed on the ice until their cheques have been received. If you are not able to provide a cheque, you will be required to pay an upfront bond.
Failure to Meet Volunteer Commitments. If a parent/guardian of a player or player over the age of 18 has not met their volunteer commitments, their cheque(s) will be cashed by the LRA at the end of each season.
Failure to meet volunteer commitments includes being late to an assignment that hinders volunteer activities; and not being able/qualified to work the shift the individual has signed up for.
